Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all payments made through Buildora's platforms and products, including subscriptions, one-time purchases, and voluntary support contributions.

2. Digital Products

Since our products are digital in nature and access is granted immediately upon payment, refunds are generally not applicable once the service has been delivered.

However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the purchased product or service, we will either resolve the issue or process a full refund within 5–7 business days.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the billing period. You will continue to have access to the subscribed services until the end of your current billing cycle.

To cancel your subscription, email contact@buildorahq.com with your registered email address and subscription details.

4. Voluntary Support Contributions

Support contributions are voluntary and non-refundable once processed, as they are used immediately for platform development and maintenance. By making a support contribution, you acknowledge that it is a voluntary payment in support of our services.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email contact@buildorahq.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Payment reference or transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Date of the transaction

Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be processed for:

  • Services that have already been rendered or fully delivered
  • Subscriptions that have been used beyond any applicable trial period
  • Voluntary support contributions
