- For subscription-based services, recurring charges will apply as per the selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Buildora reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing customers.
7. User-Generated Content
If our services allow you to submit, post, or share content, you retain ownership of your content but grant Buildora a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
